Naad AI is a digital wellness platform that offers sound frequencies and audio programs designed to support general well-being, drawing on traditional knowledge systems such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

02.Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

03.Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown on our Plans page. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast our audio content.
• Do not attempt to bypass playback protection, access controls, or usage limits.

05.Intellectual Property

All audio, frequencies, visuals, text, and branding on the Service are owned by Naad AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to stream the content for your own use — it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

06.AI-Generated Content

Certain protocols and recommendations are generated by AI based on integrated traditional wisdom. AI can make errors and its outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you choose to use any AI-generated guidance, and you should always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

07.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naad AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
